| |
| Note |
| The Welcome screens will appear when you have SCSTART.8xv loaded onto your calculator. However, if you do not have SCSTART.8xv loaded, you will be provided with a list of available activities. |
| | |
 |
An example of a list of activities is illustrated here. Use the cursor keys to select which activity you want to run. All our activities are accompanied by a set of curriculum materials. |
| |
 |
When working Offline, the F1: File Menu will automatically open and Activity will be selected. Press Enter to view a list of activities on your calculator. These activities are called appvars and need to be loaded with the application. |

 |
F1: File: Save allows you to save your work to a separate slot in the File Menu. These activities are stored to archive RAM and are appvars that can be linked to other calculators. |
| |
 |
F1: File: About offers information about your version of SimCalc MathWorlds™ and group and count-off number information during a connected classroom. It also indicates whether you are working Online (connected to a hub that talks to the teacher's computer) or Offline (not connected). |
| |
 |
Press F1: File, then select Exit and press ENTER to exit the application. In certain screens, you will need to press 2nd QUIT [MODE] first before you can use the F1 key. Another 2nd QUIT [MODE] will also Exit MathWorlds. |
